Job Summary
Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees, monitor quality, safety, and customer experience, and act as the Customer Service Manager on duty. Handle cash and reconcile cash drawers while training staff members for new hires and promotions. Perform other duties as assigned, including bending, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods. Reports to the General Manager of the Restaurant. Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience
- Food handlers license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Requires the ability to move and stand for long periods of time
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
