Assistant Manager

Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees while monitoring quality, safety, and customer experience as the Customer Service Manager on Duty. Handle cash handling and reconcile cash drawers daily. Train staff members for new hires and promotions. Perform other duties as assigned, including bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods.
