Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for overseeing store operations, interviewing and developing staff, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting performance and daily sales metrics, complying with banking/safety/operations/legal requirements, controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while addressing issues promptly. The role emphasizes supervisory responsibilities, staff development, sales optimization, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Other duties as assigned
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
