Job Summary
Assistant Manager position with Palm Beach Tan: leads store operations including interviewing/hiring and developing staff, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning daily tasks to keep the store clean and stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. Includes a required 5-week manager-training course and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $16 per hour plus commission; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, discounts, and training/development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of supervisory experience
