Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; complying with banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues; plus a 5-week manager-training course with performance-based metrics and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
