Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan with a 5-week manager-training program and performance metrics. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory and maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues.
