Job Summary
Assistant Manager with supervisory responsibilities focused on store operations, staff interviewing and development, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, and meeting performance metrics. Responsible for analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring compliance with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements, controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses, assigning and following up on tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires ability to motivate others, stand/walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent; 18+ with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
