Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan with a 5-week manager-training program. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; complying with banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving customer issues. Requires at least 18 years old, 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
