Job Summary
Assistant Manager with a 5-week manager-training program and performance metrics. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; achieving self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; meeting banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Requires 18+ years old, 1 year supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation; high school diploma or equivalent.
