Job Summary
Assistant Manager role requiring a 5-week manager-training course, supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; delegating daily tasks to keep the store organized and stocked; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Qualifications include 18+ years old, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods and lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
