Job Summary
Assistant Manager position with Palm Beach Tan responsibilities including mentoring and developing store staff, interviewing and hiring, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, driving performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance, controlling labor and inventory expenses, managing daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
