Job Summary
Assistant Manager with a 5-week manager-training course and performance metrics; responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping staff reach their metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
