Job Summary
Assist with store leadership and operations: conduct interviews, hire and develop staff; foster a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; control labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Other duties as assigned
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
