Assistant Manager responsible for overseeing store operations, interviewing and hiring staff, developing employees, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize performance, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal compliance, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues and meeting performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
