Job Summary
Oversee store operations with a focus on building and maintaining a positive environment for staff and customers. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; meeting self-performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; controlling expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. The role includes a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and supports advancement within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
