Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for supervising store staff, interviewing and developing employees, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking/safety/operations/legal requirements are met, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, 18+ years old, HS diploma or equivalent, ability to stand/bend/walk for long periods and lift 25 pounds. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour plus commission; includes a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics; Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
