Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for store operations and personnel development: interview, hire, and develop staff; maintain a positive and respectful environment for employees and customers; meet self-performance and team metrics; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, and the physical ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, with high school diploma or equivalent.
