Job Summary
This Assistant Manager role includes completing a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics, interviewing and developing staff, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales, meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, and providing exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities are offered, with benefits including dental, health, and vision insurance, employee discounts, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
