Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for supervising staff, hiring and developing employees, and maintaining a positive environment for staff and customers. Will complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics, analyze daily sales to maximize revenue, ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, control labor, inventory and maintenance, assign daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues. Meets self-performance metrics and helps develop employees to meet their metrics. Requires 18+ years of age, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, mobility to stand/walk for long periods, and the ability to lift 25 pounds.
