Job Summary
Assistant Manager with at least 1 year of supervisory experience responsible for interviewing, hiring and developing store staff, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, achieving performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking/safety/operations/compliance, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service. Includes a required 5-week manager-training course and opportunities for advancement. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods
