Job Summary
Assistant Manager leads store operations with a 5-week manager-training course, interviews and develops employees, creates a positive environment for staff and customers, analyzes daily sales to maximize performance, ensures banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controls labor, inventory and maintenance costs, assigns and follows up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, and provides exceptional customer service while resolving issues and supporting achievement of performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Other duties as assigned
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
