Job Summary
Assistant Manager position with 5-week manager-training course and performance metrics. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling labor, inventory and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues; base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
