Job Summary
Assistant Manager with supervisory experience leading store staff, driving engagement, and achieving performance metrics. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, developing employees, maintaining a positive environment, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking/safety/operations/compliance, controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs, assigning daily tasks to maintain stocked, clean store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires completing a 5-week manager-training program and capable of meeting self-performance metrics and driving team development; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid time off, plus opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $16 per hour plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
