Job Summary
Assistant Manager role overseeing staffing, training and development of store employees, analyzing daily sales to maximize performance, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal compliance, and maintaining a positive customer-service environment. Responsible for interviewing/hiring, managing tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, handling customer issues, and achieving performance metrics with a 5-week manager-training program; base pay with commission/bonus opportunities and benefits in a Palm Beach Tan location in Gaffney, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
