Job Summary
Assistant Manager role with a 5-week manager-training course and performance metrics. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; analyzing daily sales to maximize sales; meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; and providing exceptional customer service while resolving customer issues. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
