Job Summary
Assistant Manager with supervisory responsibilities, undergoing a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Responsible for interviewing/hiring and developing store staff, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked and organized, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
