Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; complete a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics; create a positive environment for employees and customers; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; meet banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements; control labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
