Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan. Responsibilities include completing a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics; interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping staff meet theirs; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
