Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for supervising staff through a 5-week manager-training course, interviewing and developing employees, creating a positive environment for staff and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize results, meeting banking/safety/operations/legal requirements, controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues, and contributing to performance metrics and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Other duties as assigned
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
