Job Summary
Assistant Manager role with a 5-week manager-training course and performance metrics. Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; create a positive environment for employees and customers; meet self-performance metrics and help others meet theirs; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assign and manage daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
