Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for maintaining staff through interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for staff and customers; meeting performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues; and completing a required 5-week manager-training course to develop leadership for store operations at Palm Beach Tan in Memphis, TN.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
