Assistant Manager

This role leads store operations and staff, overseeing interviewing, hiring, and developing employees within a 5-week manager-training framework. You’ll create a positive environment for employees and customers, analyze daily sales to maximize revenue, ensure banking, safety, and legal compliance, control labor, inventory, and maintenance costs, assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and stocked, and deliver exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and the ability to motivate others; a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
