Job Summary
Assistant Manager with a 5-week manager-training program. Responsible for maintaining store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping develop employees to meet their metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize sales; complying with banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, and maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
