Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Palm Beach Tan responsible for supervising staff, interviewing and hiring, developing employees, creating a positive and respectful environment for staff and customers, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal compliance, controlling labor, inventory and maintenance expenses, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues, and completing a required 5-week manager-training course to develop leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
