Assistant Manager responsible for supervising staff, interviewing and developing employees, creating a positive environment for customers and team members, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking/safety/opex compliance, controlling labor and inventory costs, organizing daily tasks to keep the store clean and stocked, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving issues; requires ability to motivate others, stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and participate in a 5-week manager-training program.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
