Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for hiring and developing store staff, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize sales, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and opportunities for advancement; benefits include health, dental, vision, and paid time off. Immediate full-time position with base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
