Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations and staff at Palm Beach Tan location. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; maintaining a positive environment for staff and customers; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues; plus a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics to meet and drive store goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
