Job Summary
Assist in leading day-to-day salon operations and customer interactions at Palm Beach Tan in Del City, OK. Provide professional, upbeat customer service, educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services, and work to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment and handle daily business tasks. Participate in Leadership Training to develop team development and future growth within the store. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, proven customer experience, and at least one year of management/leadership experience or equivalent; must have reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
