Job Summary
Oversee store operations and staff through a 5-week manager-training course; interview/hire and develop employees; create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meet performance metrics and help employees meet their metrics; analyze daily sales information to maximize sales; ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; control expenses including labor, inventory and maintenance; assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
