Job Summary
Assistant Manager position at Palm Beach Tan requiring on-site leadership with responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees reach theirs; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal compliance; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; and providing exceptional customer service while resolving issues.
