Job Summary
Assistant Manager with a 5-week manager-training course and performance metrics. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; analyzing daily sales to maximize sales; meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, the ability to motivate others, 18+ years old, ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour plus commission.
