Job Summary
Assistant Manager role overseeing store operations with a required 5-week manager-training course. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Requires 18+ years old, 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand and lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent; Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
