Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for maintaining store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; assigning daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues; plus a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
