Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for supervising store staff, interviewing and developing employees, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking/safety/operations/compliance, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked and organized, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. The role includes completing a 5-week manager-training course and meeting performance metrics, with starting pay of $16 per hour plus commission. Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
