Assistant Manager - Paducah Store

Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, training, and supervising staff to ensure high standards of customer service and safety. Assist the Store Manager with hiring, recordkeeping, stocking, and executing food programs to maintain profitability and efficiency. Provide regular, predictable onsite attendance while maintaining a professional presentation and interpersonal communication style. Execute physical demands such as walking, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Maintain flexibility with work schedules to meet store needs.
