Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe while leading a team of hospitality staff. Handle operational hiccups before they escalate and maintain elite standards during high-volume shifts in the sports bar, family bistro, or gaming room. Get to know regulars to ensure gold-class hospitality and bring the energy and smiles every single shift. This hands-on role involves manual handling and lifting, including moving stock, kegs, and deliveries. Candidates must hold a current RSA/RSG, RMLV, and Approved Managers Licence. Required Qualifications
- current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
- ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
- Employee Due Diligence checks which may include a National Police Check
