Job Summary
Support the Shop Manager in achieving overall profitability and ensuring smooth shop operations while providing leadership to retail staff. Drive sales and engage with customers to enhance the shopping experience for award-winning chocolate and premium ice cream products. Manage open availability across all shift types, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to maintain team effectiveness. Required Qualifications
- at least two years of management/supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment
