Job Summary
Assists in the management of the daily operations of an Off Track Betting Parlor with oversight of multiple departments including food services, video poker and pari-mutuels. Responsible for customer relations, supervising hourly staff, money handling, posting daily programs and results, ensuring compliance with procedures and personnel policies, supporting marketing promotions, and recruiting/training staff. Requires fluent English communication, teamwork, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision, strong math/accounting fundamentals, and analytical/problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred with one to two years of progressively responsible work experience; Microsoft Office proficiency; and equivalent supervisory/management experience considered. Physical requirements and environment are noted, with a focus on ensuring safety, security, and operational efficiency.
