Job Summary
Assistant Manager OQ – Batch Release & Engineering Oversight accountable for review of batch documents and batch release in line with GSK QMS and regulatory requirements, and acts as the first contact point for quality issues in the area. Responsible for improving quality effectiveness through proactive culture and continuous improvement, maintaining inspection-readiness, and providing first-line support to Engineering & Utilities. Ensures release of bulk and finished products per regulatory and QMS requirements, reviews Master BMR / MFR and analytical reports, handles SAP/dMERP related QA transactions, supports internal and regulatory inspections, deviations and investigations closure, and coaching to employees on procedures and compliance. Role is on-site in India (Nashik, Maharashtra); preferred qualifications include Masters-level education in Science/Pharmacy and 7–10 years of relevant experience. Skills include GMP/QMS knowledge, regulatory compliance, problem solving, technical writing, and cross-functional collaboration.
