Job Summary

Lead and oversee the optical sales team at Eyeglass World to deliver quality eye care and a superior shopping experience. Drive profit, sales and performance to National Vision standards; monitor results against budget; supervise and motivate associates, maintain high customer-service levels, and ensure promotions and visual merchandising are current. Serve as liaison between doctors and store personnel, coordinate staffing, recruitment and training, and analyze financial reports to inform decisions. Focus on coaching and developing staff, delivering consistent operations, and promoting a positive, results-driven store environment focused on eyewear and eye care.

Required Qualifications

  • Optical sales experience
  • Supervising experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships
  • Understanding of store operations and standards
  • Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service excellence
